Graduated Master of Marketing from ESCP-EAP European Instituein association with Paris Sorbonne University, along with nearly 10 years of experience in the field of market research, Van is one of INTAGE's dynamic and experienced research director with the ability to advice and handle both Quantitive and Qualitative research projects across the methodologies and industries.

In addition to her extensive experience in operating projects and consulting for many big clients, Van is also a lecture teaching Marketing Research, a trainer of Intage Research Training courses for clients, and also being representative Intage Vietnam participating in relavent seminars in Vietnam and international as a speaker.

Will has a bachelor’s in economics and philosophy from the Queen’s University in Canada as well as a CFA and spent the vast majority of his 25 years of professional life in global banks such as JPM, Merrill Lynch, HSBC and Citi. He started his career in research of structured credit/finance, then moved to product development of capital markets products/financing solutions, investment banking services for wealthy Asian families and most recently developing and implementing digital solutions to target younger families and professionals in Asia to help them accumulate wealth. He also spent time in the ‘digital world’ such as with Lazada where he played a key role in the end-to-end management of a cross-border marketplace, including initiatives such as the launch of Lazada’s first celebrity KOL shop with Korea’s famous rapper G-Dragon.

Ms. An Phương is a talented leader with a strong foundation from a Master's degree in Commercial Finance from International Deakin University, Australia. Prior to MB Ageas Life, she had nearly 10 years of managerial experience on Treasury field in Vietnamese banks such as PG Bank & Military Bank (MB). She joined MB Ageas Life (MBAL) in June 2015, as one of the Company's founder members. With more than 9 years at MBAL, she has been entrusted with various key leadership roles: Deputy Chief Finance Officer, Director of Operation Domain, providing a solid foundation and deep understanding to start her HR career as HR Director in 2023 & later Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) in 2024, with a pivotal role in shaping the company's human capital strategy.

Mr. NGUYỄN QUỐC THÚC (Simon) is currently the Deputy General Director of ITL Corporation, Vice President of Human Resources, responsible for Human Resource Strategy for Corporation and its member companies (including Sotrans Group). He has been working at ITL for more than 8 years. Previously, he held some senior positions at Masan Trading, Saigon Paper and Nguyen Kim Retails chain (Electronics).

Mr. THÚC has a progressive, open-minded approach to human resource strategy, especially in the field of Logistics. He has been developing a Management Trainee Program (since 2017) aimed at the future growth of ITL, tailored specifically to the unique characteristics of the industry. He expects this potential Team to become the core foundation for ITL's core business in the future.

At ITL, by building a work environment that fosters engagement and embodies the characteristics of DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), he believes it will provide a sustainable foundation, not only for the present ITL but also for its future growth.

After pursuing a Master’s Degree in Educational Management in Australia, Ms. Trinh Mai Phuong came back to Vietnam and accelerated her career in Human Resources Management. She has 18 years of deep experience in both strategic, expertise and generalist roles for large FMCG companies, in diverse areas of expertise including: learning, talent and leadership development, HR business partnering, strategic HR planning and management.

Having a strong passion for lifelong learning, she strives for continuously innovating HR practices to enable the workforce to adopt agile learning, get prepared for the future and create more values to self and others. She has lived in Ukraine, Russia, Australia, Indonesia and can speak a number of languages. She is a strong advocate for diversity, inclusiveness and agility in the workplace.

With a wide range of experience in human resources management spanning ~ 20 years in both end-market and regional HR leadership roles, Alexis specializes in Talent Management & Development, Organizational Development and HR Business Partnering. She currently holds the position of Chief People Officer at Masterise Group. Prior to joining Masterise Group, Alexis was Chief People Officer at Home Credit Vietnam since the beginning of 2022. Before that, she was Chief Human Resources Officer at Techcombank for more 5 years, and then Chief Human Resources Officer at One Mount Group for another 2 years.

Before joining Techcombank in 2015, Alexis was Regional Head of Talent and Organizational Development for British American Tobacco (BAT) Asia-Pacific. Before that, she was Head of HR, Vietnam Cluster leading People Management practices for BAT Vietnam, Cambodia, the Philippines and Myanmar.

Notably, he has led the HR function for one of Vietnam's premier financial institutions, managing nearly 30,000 employees. Recognized for his exceptional leadership, Mr. Khoi was awarded the prestigious title of Vietnam's Most Outstanding HR Leader in 2020 for his instrumental role in steering his organization through the unprecedented challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic

Ms. Ho Thi Bach Quyen (Winnie) brings over 18 years of experiences in Human Resources across the Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Retail, and Pharmaceutical industries. She has held diverse roles, including HR Head/ Center Of Expertise Head positions both locally as well as regionally across Asian markets. Her experience spans various business models in multinational companies and large-scale local corporations with Private Equity funding.

Ms. Quyen graduated Executive MBA from University of Hawaii, Shidler College, with Distinction Graduation. She was honored to join Beta Gamma Sigma (BGS), an elite group of top 20% of masters students at the world's most prestigious, AACSB-accredited business schools.

As a great believer in paying it forward, Ms. Quyen has been Interview Lead for AMCHAM Scholarship for more than ten years. She is also an active member of AMCHAM (American Chamber of Commerce) Scholarship Alumni.

Ms. Cap Thi Minh Trang currently holds the position of HR Director, Schneider Electric Vietnam & Cambodia. With 20 years of working experiences, she has always played critical Human Resources Management roles in various types of organizations including local Human Resources Services companies and Multinational corporations such as Deloitte, America Indochina Management, British American Tobacco, Abbott Nutrition International & Schneider Electric.
